TELKOM *****

Someone opened a TELKOM contract using my documents, and only realised when an unknown debit order went through on my bank account and had to reverse it, I went to Telkom branch in Bloemfontein Loch Logan to report the case,I was told to go to Police station to open a ***** case which I did.I went back to Telkom to give them the affidavit as requested. The lady who assisted me took the letter and my identity document to scan them and she said she sent them to their ***** department for investigation. Few days later I called the number(081180) that I was given to follow up my case since there were now two more debit orders that I had to reverse, and I was told there are no attachments so I had to rescan and email them which I did.To my surprise I received a message telling me that they have handed me to lawyers because I failed to pay them.TELKOM is a network I will never recommend to anyone based on the service they have given me tomorrow I am going to call that number again to hear how come the hand me to the lawyers when they have never given me any feedback about the case.TELKOM changed the reference numbers so that they can ***** my money from my account and had to reverse them which affected my credit record.
