Telkom Franchise Store in Parow Is pathetic

I was just at the telkom branch in Parow Center which is a Franchise store... Honestly I have know idea why they are even open. They have a deal that I wanted to upgrade to but they don't have stock. What upsets me is that the guy says he can do the upgrade but he doesn't know how long it will take to get the stock in, he can't call other store because they don't have any phones in the branch. Actually none of their stores can be contacted nor can I get through to customer service. Telkom Head Office please deal with your branches and buy back your franchise stores as they are dragging your brand even further down
