Telkom fradulent debit and listing

I have never owned a Telkom line or a Telkom mobi account in my entire existence

I get an sms advising me I owe r 28 887.91 which is a lie.

I phone the Nu debt Telkom number I advise them this is ********** and must be on my name. This month I get a debit order in my bank what the hell is this? I am now listed for with the TransUnion as a default wow Telkom thanks for ruining my life.

I want this resolved and resolved immediately this is just unacceptable

I have just called your debt collector and are request a number of documents etc

please help resolve this
