Telkom Fourways - Stock Not Arriving

My existing contract came to an end and I upgraded to a Samsung S24FE with a watch special at the Telkom store in Fourways mall. I have been waiting for nearly a month for my watch to arrive in store and I have already been charged for the month of March.

I don't see how it takes nearly a month for the watch to arrive, I find this unexceptable.

I would like this watch soon otherwise a reimbur*****t on my account needs to be made.
