Telkom Fourways Mall Express LACKS KNOWLEDGE OR SALES DRIVE

Telkom Fourways Mall Express lacks knowledge or sales drive, you get there to get a phone contract, and they do. not care to explain anything, such as the phone models, let alone the best deals they have for the month whatsoever. I bought a Samsung S25 Plus, which had the option to add the watch for an additional cost, and they never cared to explain that the phone and the watch are separate or come separately, I received a call to say I should come to collect the order is ready and when I got there they told me I have to wait about 3 weeks to get the watch, I am on the waiting list? a waiting list for when everything was ordered and never got an explanation at least that would have managed my expectations also for me to decide. but ****ty service, now I will have to wait 3 weeks to get a mere watch, for the contract I have for Samsung! why?
