Telkom found guilty of *****ing my money ??

Telkom is actually not worth the 1 star rating.

I have cancelled my ADSL service which was done, however, I am owed a refund of R471.92 yet still waiting for this since last year December. Have spoken to so many consultants and needed to repeat my story over and over and over again...... They claim that the refund was paid. I have e-mailed bank statements as proof that the funds were not received which was also the end of it. Guess Telkom is now in the market of *****ing money as well ???
