Telkom Forcing No Good Wireless Service

Telkom has probably got to be the worst service provider. Most of the time internet is either not working or so slow that pages do not even open. With regards to telephone, thats even worst.

We have been stuck with a wireless telephone for just over 2 years now because of the fact that Telkom refuses to replace cables or install fibre (this was basically forced onto us). Despite the fact that the name "Wireless" means nothing as it always needs to be plugged on charge, the phone itself is big and bulky aswell as the fact that most of the time you have to dial a number on average 5 times to atleast get through. Phone is terrible, line is terrible (it is basically a piece of junk forced upon us that we have to just use).

Paying almost R1000 for a junk internet and another R650 for a junk telephone that can barely be of any use. This should be taken up further and Telkom shouldn't be ripping people off and forcing people to use this "Wireless" service as it is 100 times worst than normal. I think we have put up with this no good wireless service for far too long while Telkom just benefits more and more. Customer service is none the better as always.
