telkom forces you to keep they products

Telkom has become frustration, its like the company doesn't allow a customer to cancel a product its been 4 months and im still receiving statements after I requested to cancel a landline in February for march

and each time I complain they say the same thing we will contact you we will contact you and never got back to me

I will not pay for a product that I cancelled in February

please don't respond and say we will keep in contact contact me after you have cancelled the product
