Telkom forcefully debiting using different reference numbers so the stop order don’t work

Telkom does not cancel they fibre lines when you request them to do so you would get charged for not using the services and worst part is they continuously take money out of your account even though you requested the li e to be cancelled and placed a stop order with the bank. Telkom will forcefully debit your account with using different reference numbers on the debit order the way they ***** your money . It’s against the law to debit when it’s been placed on a stop order from the customer but not Telkom you will be forced and they will take your money without Your consent .
