Telkom force the package unto the pensioners without explaining anything.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother in law; Mrs R. Fortuin - *** - 117 Symphony Avenue, Steenberg, 7945. Telkom delivered a phone with a package of R199.00 p/m. The package include: 2x gigs during the day, 3 x gigs during the night & 3000 free Telkom minutes for Telkom to Telkom calls. This is an old lady of 85 years old. Knows nothing about data/gigs and only receives a normal government pension. Every month all her data is lost and as soon as she makes a call to another provider she is charged extra. This phone was just delivered while she was not even at home, therefore nothing was explained to her. When we tried to convert this to prepaid we were told that Telkom do not do prepaid anymore. What is she supposed to do now? She lives alone cannot afford/understand the Telkom phone/package forced unto her, and Telkom do not want to change the package over to prepaid.
