Telkom for you

I skiped a month payment and they handed my account to debt collectors , not one but three. I was not even informed that it will be handed over. I then called Telkom to make arrangements to pay of which I did. After I payed all the amount I am taken from pillar to post . Instead I am now getting calls from law firms to help clear my name . Guess who is involved? Telkom
