My line and sim adsl line was cancelled in March 2020, with reference no ***8, I received a message on 13 May 2020 to say that the case has been resolved but to date I have not been refunded my credit of R475.15 as well as the credit for my adsl line . I have tried to call on numerous occasions just to be cut off as I have used up all my cell phone airtime. Please, I am a pensioner and need this money . Please can this be sorted out for me urgently.
