Telkom fixed line to fixed line look a like services - POOR SERVICE!

Telkom - "how can we unlimited your world" JOKE!

So I've migrated my Landline to "Fixed line Look a Like" in march and with shock i received my wireless device within 3 days.

After stating that the landline will not be working as the wireless device will be active, never the less didn't bother to have the wireless active I left it be for a month .

after a month I started to make work of this why isn't the migration not made 1st phone call was made - Our systems are offline please call again in 3 hours 2nd Phone call (5 Hours later) Systems still offline 3rd Phone call (next day) the problem will be escalated and will be active in 3 business days 4th phone call (1 week later) same story 5th phone call ( 1 week later) full of Apologies my order does not show on their systems Management will be in touch Today (4 days later) will be my 6th phone call to Telkom for a simple activation of a sim card and migration

RIDICULOUS
