Telkom Fix line Cancellation ASAP

I submitted my cancellation to Telkom to their service email addresses as that has been in November 2017 - relaising now that my fix line sub is more than R 1000 I send them the cancellation letter as well for the fix number ********** . Please Cancel ASAP as I'm not paying I paid the last and did wait for the last 30 days bill as paid that as well.

Tried calling impossible, tried the chat none existant
