TELKOM FIRST AND WORST EXP EVER!!!!!

So 7 weeks ago i app**** for a cell phone contract with telkom shop vanagate mall , I handed all my docs in which the shop assisstant said approval takes 24 to 48 hours worst case scenario ...Well 2 weeks later i had no feedback wot so ever , i had to call the shop every day everyone promised to call back but noone did!!! I then raised a hello peter complain and 3 days later contract approved but noi stock was available after another 3 weeks of nitemares and 2nd hello peter complaint saturday the 7th assistant from telkom calls to explained i can collect the device , i rushed off to the shop ,after 2hrs of waiting in the shop that day the assistant sadly informed me that i have to wait another 24-48 hours which on ,my last thread i did another 48 hours later NO FEEDBACK AGAIN!!! and again i called the shop , which they then informed me i can collect on tuesday 10 Nov , which i did the assistant said sim card will be active immediatly , when i git home ? NO SERVICE !!! I called telkom shop the assistant informed me i do not have coverage , telkom customer service says The sim was not rica'd in the first place! I now have the device and its can do nothing with it!!! WOT THE HELL?!!!
