TELKOM FINRITE - WORST SERVICE EVER

Telkom, I would like for you take note that the service provider that you are using for Cellphone Insurance is absolutely pathetic. I have had the most horrific experience with Telkom Finrite. My claim has been under review for the last two weeks with absolutely no feedback. I have been paying my monthly premium diligently and now when it comes to claiming they are playing games. I was promised a call back from a Senior in Telkom Finrite with no call back. I also feel that as the service provider who uses Telkom Finrite you should also take accountability for the service they provide. If my claim does not get resolved I will be left with no option but to cancel the debit order for my contract and cancel all existing contracts I have with Telkom.
