Telkom Finrite insure *****

My daugther took out a cell contract at Telkom in longbeach mall, they sold her insurance with Finrite, in Feb 2020 she took her cell phone in for repairs at Telkom than had to pay over R1000 for excess, till today the 2nd of Aug she never got it back. Telkom claim they do not deal with Finrite but yet they sell their product and when you claim you take your phone to Telkom, currently she is paying for a product she can't use. Please don't take any insurance with Telkom it's a ripoff
