Telkom finrite insurance STILL NOT CANCELLED

I’ve tried to cancel my insurance since last year with no luck. Lately, when I send emails the emails bounce back. Can someone call me back and let me know what the issue is. Better yet, rather cancel my insurance and refund all my debit orders. Account number ***. Sadly this is not the first time I lodge a complaint against Finrite but this is my last.
