Telkom finrite insurance is providing horrible service. I claimed in december 2019 and paid the access but they failed to deliver. The call centre is horrible, you hold for long to be serviced by a lazy unfriendly consultant. I was notified that my new device would be delivered two weeks ago and I'm still waiting. The level of service failure is disgusting, but so quick to still debit my account. I demand value for my money plz
