Telkom Finrite Insurance is *******!

I have insurance under Telkom Finrite Administrators. I submitted my claim about a month and a half ago and have not received any feedback. I call the service center almost every day to keep getting told by consultants that i need to wait for 48 hours. It's a month and half later where i have been waiting for these 48 hours. Do i need to take further action or should i continue PAYING my premiums which i never miss and wait for 48 hours?
