Telkom Finrite insurance company ****** me

Telkom Finrite insurance company is unproffessional,and they are ********. 21 May 2020 I was ****** and beaten my phone was taken.25 May 2020 I called Finrite and submitted affidavit.Rhey never called ,I kept on calling to check the progress of the phone.After waiting for 3 Weeks finally my fone was sent at work yesterday 11June 2020.When I got at home I opened the phone and re start it.I notices that it only takes 1sim card ,whereas by previous phone took 2 sim card.I took 2 t back to the box and call the the following day 12June 2020.I spent the whole morning calling them and I was sent from pillar to post.I spoke to about 5people but they all told me different stories.Theres a lady that I spoke to who told me that cellphone will be taken back Monday.3 hours later I called to ensure ,I spoke to a very rude lady who kept on dropping the phone. She told me that the phone will not be taken back the previous lady gave me false information.Ibwas blamed for opening the phone.she said their supplier will not take an opened box.I asked to speak to her team leader who is Linda,she couldn't even helpe she just said sorry with no care.Finrite blames me for opening the phone,how was I supposed to know if the phone doesn't take 2 sim card s if I didn't open it?They are the ones that order the phone not me.I am now force to go buy a second phone for my other Sim card.
