TELKOM FINRITE INSURANCE CLAIM

My phone was ****** and i claim at finrite insurance ,today i recieve a call telling they will give me Samsung A31 or Samsung A51 instead of samsung A71 my problem is that they offer to give me cellphone rate R7000 and my cellphone was R12000 and i will continue paying R420 for cellphone contract samsungA71

EXAMPLE : You driving BMW and insurance company give you yaris and you will continue paying BMW installments

please help to tell them to give me Samsung A71 OR cellphone that rate same price
