TELKOM FINRITE INSURANCE ARE *******

Telkom Insurance is the most pathetic service, having call them for the past 8 months and no one returns calls nor do they respond to emails etc.

i have continued to upgrade my contract with a cheaper phone and telkom is still debiting the insurance for the previous expensive phone.

I want to cancel the insurance for the past 8 months and i cannot get a response nor do they answer there calls. Pathectic to another level, insurance service provider FINRITE, please dont ever take insurance on anything with FINRITE,
