Telkom/ finrite/ credit department

Hi. Please help get telkom credit department. It's so unfortunate that telkom and telkom finrite(cellphone insurance) are not willing to help me . They say my account is not up to date so they can't help me processing my claim for my lost phone . Now I'm stuck between the two. No one is willing to help. They say I must contact credit department but they don't give me their contact information. It's been 5 months full now going on and on with this claim. Please assist. Service from these companies is poor,I can't say better.
