Telkom finds relocating details as hard as Quantum physics

I have gone 3 months without my ADSL wifi services after I requested for it to be moved because I was relocating from Reitz; Free State to Durban; KZN. Whenever I follow up it's either the systems are offline or it has been escalated because someone was brilliant enough to send my account to eThekwini Heart Hospital and not where I live. I don't receive any progress updates or anything like that. I have asked to change my ADSL to LTE trying to make Telkom's life easier but they have been silent with that too... Maybe I'm being taken for a ride because they think since I'm young I'm an idiot.
