Telkom fibre/wifi/service problem

Help From Telkom Clearwater is pathetic. We wanted to migrate to fibre and did all the paper work then they somehow decided to cutt us off because of payment that is due.....which was proven wrong and 2 weeks later we still do not have internet. No one call you back what so ever. There is no direct line to head office manager and it is called Telkom? And they themselves don’t have access to call the manager? That I can’t understand.
