Telkom fibre - Worst service prover ever

Telkom Fibre - pathetic service from from the agents and no ones seems to know what they doing. I requested (on the 28 August 2021) for my fibre line to be moved as i was relocating. Due to the area I moved into, i needed to change from OpenServe to Vumatel. The brilliant telkom guys decide to deliver and install at my old residence which doesnt even have Vumatel infrastructure. So on the 13 September 2021 they cancel the order as its not in coverage. It is now the 12 October 2021 and still no change and im still not connected. The idiots are still billing me on my old residence, which i have disputed numerous times only to see a new charge for my October statement. I refuse to pay for their negligence but for payment they can call very quickly. I have not recieved a single call since 28 August regarding the order, even though they have "escalated" the matter with management. I have made numerous calls, sent them emails and also lodged on their mobile channels .. still no response. I am fed up so i decided to cancel and go with another service provider.. they then tell me i need to pay a cancellation fee and the remaining months due on the 12 month contract. *** for their negligence and utter stupidity. I am completely frustrated and annoyed. Will never deal with Telkom again
