Telkom Fibre what a joke

Glowden CC trading as Sine Wave Electric has had a Telkom line for the last 30 years and was told that telkom can no longer support its line and needs to move over to Fibre which has been a disaster from day one. Majority of the 6 months the phones have not been working and no matter how many times you report it no support is provided. How is any business suppose to function without a phone line which has had a crippling effect on business as customers can not contact the business. If we had to provide customer service like telkom does we would be out of business long time ago. Worst service ever, this company is an absolute disgrace.
