Telkom Fibre waste of time

I have installed Telkom Fibre, only have the line for 2 weeks and have had to report faults twice already, currently the line has been down for 24 hours all Telkom says is that they have escalated the error but no technician comes out. Telkom Fibre really not worth the trouble. Kids cannot do their online schooling nor can my varsity daughter get her work done.
