Telkom - Fibre Upgrade gone wrong

Upgraded from ADSL to Fibre - for my Business - They only installed the router in the beginning of October- Now I get a personal account statement for more than double the agreed amount - and my business is still on ADSL?

The account was never created in my name and should be a business upgrade, not a personal one?
