Telkom Fibre Terrible Service!!!!

My fibre line has been down for a week, Telkom is not sending technicians to resolve the issue. Every time I call, every agent has me resetting the router and entering passwords without any change. We have been doing the same thing for 6 days now without any effect, it's tiring!
