Telkom Fibre stinks

I moved to Telkom Fibre at the beginning of August, and I am disgusted at the poor service that I have received since then. Old dial up connections were more reliable than my new "state of the art" fibre connection. I am now ready to port back to copper as at least then I sometimes had internet for more than 5 minutes at a time.
