Telkom fibre services are horrible 🚮

I've been placing an order since May 2023. I just called to enquire, spoke to a consultant called Nala and asked what's the status of my application. I was told there is nothing nothing under my name however a debit order mandate was sent to my bank. I don't trust Telkom anymore, their consultants do anything for a sale but still leave you stranded.
