Telkom Fibre service

I Subscribed to Telkom Fibre on the 24 of Feb. Thereafter received an SMS withe-mail adress and password. Apart from that no further communication was received when the fibre line and router will be installed. The poor salesman tried his best but after various phone calls and I visited the Telkom shop without any joy. My Reference number is ***A.
