Telkom Fibre Request and installation.

With the amount of advertising Telkom is doing promoting their package’s and product’s it’s very frustrating and sad that the “follow though” I so bad. Am trying to take out a fibre package though Telkom for my Mother and after 2 weeks have only gotten to the SMS giving me the login details. Nothing has been fitted or assessed in the premises. At least 10 phone calls got me nowhere except to say “You Will be Contacted” I’m Not holding my breath. Backup your advertising with Customer service Telkom. Keep your Customers in the loop. Watch this space.
