Telkom Fibre promise not what they say in the adverti*****t

<p>I purchased a new fiber package from TELKOM, This is what I thought I purchased as per Telkom Website:</p> <p>Up to 20Mbps Fibre download speed<br /> Up to 10Mbps Fibre upload speed<br /> 100GB SoftCap Data<br /> Free Night Surfer Data (between 12 Midnight - 7AM)<br /> 1 Email account (with 3 GB of storage and 5 aliases)</p> <p> </p> <p>Got excellent help at the call centre, but when doing the speed test 0.96 Mbps upload versus the Up to 10 Mbps advertised and what I purchased. This is what the speed test proved after my upgrade:</p> <p><br />Ping<br />30ms<br />Download<br />16.92Mbps<br />Upload<br />0.85Mbps</p> <p>These are the recorded speeds for the speed test. How does one enter a 24 Month Contract with a Company that cannot deliver what they advertise?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate annswers from TELKOM, does their CEO actually monitor these kinds of undelivered promises?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
