TELKOM FIBRE PATHETIC NON-SERVICE.

Telkom is a pathetic service provider, let me say that first and foremost. I put in a request for Fibre to be installed at my property July, they have not sent out anybody to assist me even after confirmation of my order.

now i got another service provider to assist they are called WEB AFRICA, God bless their business, so helpful and ready to assist me but they need me to cancel my order with telkom before they can assist, i have called and emailed Telkom more than 10 times over the last 3 months and they still have not serviced my cancellation order. TELKOM are you so desperate to hold onto people that you ignore their request to leave your service that you are NOT EVEN PROVIDING!!!

telkom said it takes 72 hours to service the request, its been 3 MONTHS! still nothing is done. no wonder even the people working inside the call center told me they dont even use telkom because of their terrible service. imagine that telkom your own staff dont use your service. terrible, pathetic.
