TELKOM FIBRE OUT OF ORDER FOR 6 DAYS

Fibre line went down, took two days to get a someone here, left and said it has to be referred to another Department. Have called area manager, and it seems to be a general problem, now he is not answering calls any more. Surely someone can take responsibility and be honest about what the problem is, and when it will be resolved.
