Telkom Fibre Optics empty promise

Hi <br> <br> In 2015 we entered into a contract for a high speed fibre optics cable with Telkom ( agent: Kagiso Bogatsu). After a couple of months the line was finally installed and is working well. An email with the offer was sent to us by Neo Shongwe dated 10 June 2015 including the following and I quote from the email: PLUS YOU GET A FREE DSTV EXPLORA AND WIFI CONNECTOR WORTH R2500. Despite many emails and phone calls, we were finally told that Telkom ran out of DSTV Exploras.<br> <br> I feel that TELKOM has promised to supply an Explora and should stick to the offer. The whole system that Telkom is using is very strange. You cannot get a direct line to the Fibre Optics Department. The Telkom switchboard does not give out the numbers. People do return your calls and when we finally got the name of the boss of the Department (Siphiwe Masego), we were given the message through another person that they ran out of Exploras. We were promised a phone-call by him which has never happened . <br> <br> We believe that we should be given the Explora which was promised to us in writing by Telkom!<br>
