Telkom fibre optic

Please stay away from Telkom for Fibre Optic installations. They do not have any after sales service. You can only contact them thru a call center which is no help at all. Had this installed in early November 2020 and it still not working. According to Telkom Vumatel was suppose to do the registering on behalf of Telkom for the fibre optic to work. Have filled in quite a few surveys for Telkom about this and there is no feedback. They refuse to send someone to come and finish the installation. You cannot even contact them to cancel this service as it has to done thru a porthole of some sort. It is the worst service I have had from anybody ever.
