Telkom Fibre not worth the hassle

Finally got Telkom fibre almost a year ago only to find that it was even worse than Telkom ADSL. Despite faster speeds, the network has NEVER worked properly and intermittently drops every 30 seconds or so, making professional use in meetings and presentations near impossible.

The issue was reported to Telkom but was immediately ignored and dismissed. Telkom also fails to admit issues with the network, claiming there is no issue when even our neighbours are having the same issues.

Do not waste your money on Telkom fibre, choose a more stable option.
