Telkom fibre nightmare

Telkom fibre network is the worst fibre provider you can sign up with.......you pay diligently every month for a service that is forever down. Whenever you call them to log a fault they say it's an area fault, I have been without internet for the whole week... they been "getting it sorted" and yet nothing is happening but come month end when they want their money, they are efficient.
