Telkom FIBRE line phone calls

I was forced to move to a Fibre line from a copper line. I am now having issues. A simple issue is the phone rings 4 times and forwards to voicemail whereas I dont have voicemail active I called the 10210 numerous times, and did the waiting for 10 minutes each time, to finally be told that there is no voicemail active on the system, they can't assist
