Telkom Fibre leave a mess

Telkom Fibre subcontractors dug holes in paving near my house and never restored the paving, just leaving 3 sand-filled holes. I helped them so much to enable them to access property to string their fibre cable up on the ugly poles in our back yards and the gentleman I spoke to promised that someone would come to restore the paving where they laid the cables to get to the area but nobody ever did. By comparison, Octotel did a brilliant job of restoring all paving that they dug up AND all their lines are underground (no poles and overhead cables in our properties. Cheap and cheerful fibre at the cost of making the area look like a slum. Don't support them. PS - I don't care about excuses that it is the subcontractors - Telkom is responsible for what their contractors do!
