Telkom Fibre Joke

<p>I signed up for uncapped fibre 4Mbps 24 month contract in June this year. My children do E-Learing from home so they need the internet for tests and to download video material. My husband also works from home. Only the first two weeks we had good download speed. Thereafter we either loose internet connection and are not able to watch movies let alone E-Learning. When you busy with an online test and loose internet connection you cannot log on for the same test again and get ZERO. Almost like the internet service we get from Telkom = ZERO. I phoned and told them I am going to cancell my contract because they are not delivering - Telkom is not bothered.</p>
