Telkom Fibre is nonsense

Telkom Fibre is nonsense, we app**** on the 6th of January it took a month before the installation, no communication nothing we had to go their store several times to check how far with their installation , after their installation still we had to go to the store to collect the router because their courier couldn't find our address.. Imagine!! . We tried to connect and we failed, we called their call center 3 times with almost R200 airtime, still no help. Their call center won't even bother to call us back. I am really ****ed off.
