TELKOM FIBRE IS A NO GO ZONE!!!!

Worst experience with Telkom Fibre, requested for a quote which I declined and thereafter was billed for every month. I even received notices of threats to settle my account or be handed over to legal but how can I pay for something that I don't have? Followed all protocols by Telkom to try and cancel this so-called account with no success. All that happens is that I am being sent from pillar to post. REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!
