Telkom Fibre is a nightmare

Telkom Fibre is a nightmare, I called the support line 3 different time , the third call was with a lady that sounded like she did not want to do her job and decided to drop the call on me, it has only been 2 weeks and this is the kind of service I get. The 1st agent did not bother creating s ticket and giving me the reference number, the 2nd one gave me this reference number (***7) but still I have clear answer as to what the problem is. This is ridiculous, I should have taken the advice to not go with this ISP. I am proven right!
