TELKOM FIBRE INTERNET DOWN - NO TECHNICIAN TO RESOLVE AFTER 29 DAYS
My Telkom Fibre has been down for 29 days and despite multiple follow-ups I have been unable to get a technician out to rectify the problem. Yet they still bill me R1200 for a service that does not work. FAULT ***
