Telkom Fibre Installation Non-Existent

I am simply gutted with Telkom's Service. I have their LTE and ordered a upgrade to Fibre over a month ago and I have been given the run around, further more, the property I stay on already has an OH (OverHead) Fibre line feeding my landlord. I have had 1 Supplier already come to my gate to install fibre, another is sending out their contractor. If I get Fibre from someone else, I will downgrade my R900 a month line to the cheapest connection and pay someone else.
